That depends. There are certain requirements that must be met to be eligible for this service. Once those are met, the decision is up to you.
Requirements for Easy Probate Service:
- The estate must be uncontested.
- All family members, whether in the will or not, must be willing to cooperate in the process (click for more information).
- You must have the original will in your possession.
- You must be able to provide contact information for all beneficiaries of the will.
- The estate must not be taxable.
- No one with an interest in the will or the estate can be a person under disability.
- You must have a complete list of the assets of the estate (click for more information).
