Is Easy Probate for Me?

The members of the family (and other individuals in some cases) will need to sign one or more forms in front of a notary. If anyone is unwilling or unable to do so, then the estate must initially be treated as contested and is not eligible for Easy Probate.

Note that in addition to family members, you must be able to provide the current mailing address of anyone mentioned in the will.
